Sayuri Hayashi

Managing partner, Torrance office

Sayuri started the firm after years of seeing the same story from the other side of a desk: people who raised a concern and found their hours changed.

How Sayuri works a case

Sayuri begins with a calendar. She asks when you raised the concern, when your schedule changed and who else was on shift, then lays the dates side by side.

She tells clients early what a claim can and can't do, including the cases she thinks are better left alone. Clients can reach her at the Torrance office on set evenings.
